Frequently Asked Questions
Our team has never done anything like this. Will it work?Yes — and often better than with experienced meditators. People who have no preconceptions about what meditation is supposed to look like tend to engage more openly. Sessions are designed to be immediately accessible regardless of background.
How is this different from other workplace wellness programs? Most corporate mindfulness programs are an act; generic, script-driven, and designed to scale. This is not that. Ranga brings over 25 years of serious practice and adapts every session to the actual group in front of him. No performance. No forced positivity.
Can sessions be virtual?Yes. All offerings are available virtually or in-person. In-person sessions are available in New Jersey, New York City, and Philadelphia area.
Do you work with schools?Yes. Ranga is particularly interested in working with schools — the evidence for mindfulness in educational settings is strong, and the need is real. Reach out to discuss what a program might look like for your staff or students.
Is this religious? No. This offering is neither theistic or atheistic. It requires no belief in anything. In fact, it is against dogmatism. Mindfulness is the best science—it is verifiable by oneself, without any equipment or cost! Take it, test it, verify it yourself.
I have never meditated before. Is this for me?Yes. The approach here is specifically designed not to require prior experience. You are not learning a technique from scratch — you are being pointed back to something you were born with. Beginners often have an easier time than people with years of meditation habits to unlearn.
